National IT Human Resource Assessment Study 2005
The National IT Human Resource Assessment Study 2005 was a landmark initiative to evaluate Pakistan’s technology talent landscape. Conducted by NEEF under PSEB’s guidance, the study collected data from institutions and employers to identify skill shortages and training gaps. NEEF also developed specialized training manuals to enhance graduate employability.
