Hashir Ibne Irshad, CFA – Chief Executive Officer
Hashir, a globally recognized CFA and IBA Karachi gold medalist, brings over 30 years of expertise in finance and capacity building. Starting at MCB, he transitioned to consulting, serving governments and private enterprises. He founded FAST School of Management, HIRCON, and Fauji Center for R&D, and authored the Ignite Technology Fund Framework. His leadership drives NEEF’s mission to bridge academia and industry, delivering innovative solutions that empower communities and foster sustainable progress across Pakistan and beyond.
Dr. Zunaira Saqib – Chief Operating Officer
With a doctorate from Leicester University and 20 years of experience, Dr. Zunaira Saqib is a seasoned HR and communication expert. Her graduate degree from Lancaster University Management School complements her expertise in HRM, employment relations, and organizational behavior. She has significantly impacted human resource planning, fundraising, and nonprofit outreach. At NEEF, Zunaira ensures operational excellence, driving capacity-building initiatives that empower organizations and communities with sustainable, measurable outcomes.

Sadia Naveed – Chief Project Officer
Sadia holds an M.Phil. in Finance from NUST Business School and an MBA from Islamic University. Her career began at SPO, an international NGO funded by CIDA, EU, and RNE, where she honed her project management skills. At NEEF, Sadia oversees project execution with precision, ensuring alignment with client goals. Her expertise in finance and strategic planning enables NEEF to deliver high-impact projects, from educational innovation to policy assessments, across public and private sectors.
Mian Ahmad Salman – Chief Coordination Officer
An IBA graduate and certified Project Management Professional, Mian Ahmad Salman brings 30 years of global experience in mentoring professionals across business, engineering, and computer sciences. His work spans North America, the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe. At NEEF, Salman ensures seamless coordination across projects, leveraging his expertise to align teams and deliver results. His strategic insights and mentorship drive NEEF’s ability to execute complex, nationwide initiatives with efficiency and impact.

Taimur, a LUMS graduate with over 30 years of experience, is a seasoned HR leader who has served as Executive Vice President at MCB and Director at TNI International. At NEEF, Taimur drives development initiatives, fostering partnerships and innovative solutions that enhance organizational capacity. Zain Raza Sultani – Chief Technology Officer
Zain, a futurist in tech and advertising design, excels at adapting to evolving technological landscapes. Known for leading departments and training staff, he embraces the MVP philosophy to drive innovation. At NEEF, Zain spearheads technology integration, developing enterprise software and training programs that keep NEEF at the forefront of ICT solutions. Irsam, a graduate of the School of Creative Arts, Lahore, holds a degree in Theatre, Film, and Television production. As a founding partner of Collage and Vicarious Films, he has worked as Creative Director at Farq Productions and Head of Production at MIDAS Communication. At NEEF, Irsam shapes a dynamic media presence, crafting compelling narratives that amplify NEEF’s impact. His creative expertise ensures projects resonate with diverse audiences, enhancing outreach and engagement.
Angelina Duaa – Program Manager
Angelina holds an MS in Social Sciences from Charles University, Prague, and has worked as a Marketing Executive at Accolade Group and Content Head at Lens House. Her experience spans multiple NEEF projects, where she drives program execution with creativity and precision. Angelina’s expertise in content development and project management ensures NEEF’s initiatives are impactful and aligned with client goals, from educational outreach to capacity building, fostering meaningful change.
