Since 1991, the Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) has been at the forefront of promoting free, quality education for underprivileged children across the province. As an autonomous organization, PEF plays a critical role in bridging educational gaps and reaching communities that often lack access to basic learning resources. NEEF has partnered with PEF to support the foundation’s large-scale testing and evaluation programs. Through Quality Assurance Tests (QATs), NEEF helps assess the academic performance of over 500,000 students annually. This collaboration reinforces transparency, improves educational standards, and supports PEF’s mission to make quality education accessible to every child in Punjab.

Quality Assurance Tests Phase XV
QAT Phase XV evaluated the performance of 500,000 students across 2,355 partner schools in Punjab. NEEF managed the technical execution of this massive effort, ensuring fairness, consistency, and integrity in data collection. The initiative played a vital role in maintaining educational standards and advancing PEF’s mission to deliver free, quality education at scale.
